Of course, our box was too small and we had to upgrade it less than 3 months after going "live", and at that point we had to fight tooth and nail for a reasonable processor-based license fee. Last year when we went to RISC, SSA basically forced us into user-based pricing. Luckily, we are a small shop, but even so, a lot of our "users" no longer use the system. One side note to all this - one of the stipulations for going to 4.0.5 is that you get on user-based pricing. Isn't that special?? (in my best Church Lady voice) Could it be SSAtan??
