Thanks. So, the issue is automatically printing the PDF rather than retrieving, opening and then printing. Looks like you can get the pdf to print automatically by adding some script and/or commands to the PDF itself. Since I use iText to generate the PDF's for my apps, I'll have to look into that feature because it might save my end users a step.....

For Jack, I am not sure what the origin of the PDF's is. My guess is that they aren't generated on the fly but are pre-generated and then stored for retrieval. Depending upon the generating source, he might be able to embed the command in the document itself.

If I understand correctly, both HTML and PDF content (maps) need to be printed.
