What makes people THINK that J2EE scales better than PHP, and PHP scales better
than CGIDEV2? Is that thinking correct?
Because J2EE has been designed to work even when the workload cannot be handled by a single box anymore but needs to spread over multiple boxes.

(It is not easy to do right, though :) )
