Could you elaborate why this is a good idea? I currently have a customer
who is having issues with .NET 2.0 sending HTTP POSTs to the Apache server.
I spent 7 1/2 hours on the phone with IBM 3rd level support working through
the issue and we thought it had something to do with how .NET HTTP POSTs
extensively use the HTTP 100 Continue header, but maybe it is the lack of
PTF's in another area of the system causing the problem??

Note that everything worked fine while the customer was on V5R2 and when
they upgraded to V5R4 (including installing the latest PTF's) they ran into
issues. The .NET side didn't change during the upgrade so we were able to
rule that out.

There are also other things that have group PTF's and stuff in the groups
doesn't always end up in the CUME's.
