Journal explorer!? I nearly whooped out loud when I saw that!

Keep up the good work.

Buck,

here are some features we plan to implement. This is also the order we plan to implement.

* Feature requests with low efforts e.G. specifying from and to column when starting the compare editor.

* Better support for filter pools in iSphere RSE Filter Management.

* Adopting Messages Subsystem from RSE Extensions Plugin.

* Import and Export feature for RSE Compile Commands in the way the iSphere RSE Filter Management provides this.

* Import and Export feature for RSE User Actions in the way the iSphere RSE Filter Management provides this.

* Journal Explorer (This will be a big step forward for all who are using journals and have the need to search for specific records. Field JOESD will be broken into the single fields)

* Data Area Editor

...

You see there is a lot to do.

Just for all who are thinking I am Nerd and having nothing better to do than spending all my time in developing open source products. This is my job and I earn my money with this. All our open source products are seamless integrated into our other commercial products.

Here is an announcement for another open source project of Task Force which will be released probably in two weeks. It`s called Rapid Fire. With Rapid Fire you can convert files with billions of records without having the users to leave the application except in the final stage. This reduces downtime of your system from hours or even days to minutes. There are other tools out there providing such a feature like MIMIX Promoter, Arcad WAP and Turnover PDQ. But those ones are not for free.

Frank

Hi Frank,
The whole idea of enhancement to open source is interesting to me personally. I see there's a list of ideas here:
http://sourceforge.net/p/isphere/wiki/IdeasForImprovments/ Will this be maintained as you continue work on iSphere? I'm not asking you to do extra work; if you have a Kanban board that you use to organise your work, I'd love to have read-only access to it :-)

It's all very cool, thanks!
