Dave,

I have used same workspace also, since WDSC 6 and currently on RDP 8.0.3
and haven't seen any big issues. There have always been some minor issues
that haven't effected my coding, but just figured it was some flaw in RDP,
didn't think it might have to do with the workspace until some people on
8.5 have talked about that maybe being the issue. I will continue using my
current workspace until I see some major issue that causes me to create a
new one, which hasn't happened yet up to RDP 8.0.3. I only code in CBL,
CBLLE, CL, SQLCBL, SQLCBLLE etc.... and we don't get a lot of the cool
features RPG gets, so might not be the same results as you.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Workspace issues other people are reporting
Sent by: wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx

I'm still stuck on WDSCi 7, so my experience may not be relevant to you
lucky
folks with current versions, but I was just wondering if any of you with
workspace problems have tried running the clean option? I've been using
the
same workspace for several years, even moved it from my old XP machine to
my
current Win 7 machine, and have never had a problem that clearing the
caches
and/or running -clean hasn't fixed. I haven't created a new workspace
since I
upgraded from WDSCi 6 to 7. So I'm curious - is it my experience that's
atypical, are people just unaware of how to fix their workspaces, or are
workspaces more fragile in the newer versions?

Thanks!
