Thanks for the write-up Joe. Very thorough.

I think IBM should let us back on SWMA without the penalty. I have no problem paying SWMA back-dated to the expiration date we missed, I just have a big problem paying the penalty when I think IBM is at least partly, if not mostly, to blame for those of us dropping off SWMA to begin with.

I hope they realize that right now they are making ZERO off of us. Waiving the penalty would turn us back into revenue for the Rational product line. Not to mention the bad feelings that are being generated by the whole mess.
