We are one of the unfortunate shops that were never notified about an expiring SWMA for RDP leaving us stuck at 7.6. Neither IBM nor our BP sent any sort of notice - very frustrating. Of course, our BP says that can get us back on latest RDP for free if we buy a new I :)

Hi Kurt,
Sorry, I am not allowed to give timelines either, but you will like it.

I found long and hard to improve the SWMA for people ordering with their hardware. We have gotten more information out to customers on product procurement and we appreciate Joe Pluta's help with that. But it is beyond our power and resources to change the process at this time. A calendar reminder will help you all to keep your SWMA current. I just wanted to tell you that it will be worth it.

Regards,
