I downloaded it from the Software Access catalog that partners can subscribe to. I think Pete Helgren mentioned it, too. You can get either standard or advanced there.
Richard beat me to getting it installed - we had a race - I'm still the tortoise somewhere standing on the starting line.

I like 7.0.  They have finally incorporated Eclipse 3.2 into the mix so
startup is fast  !!

I just might have to give up SEU for editing RPG :-)

I will definitely be using this now for my Java development now that I don't
have to take a Java break during startup...............
