The variable hover support is only available for ILE RPG, OPM RPG, and ILE
COBOL.  And it should be available in all debug views.

And it only displays variable with information that is "simple" to display.
For example, it will display an integer, a string, but it will not display
a structure.

This doesn't work consistently for me.  Don't know why.  Sometimes it
works, other times it doesn't.  Originally I thought it was confined to
listing view (didn't work) vs. source view (did work), but just recently I
noticed it working when using the listing view.  I generally don't rely on
this method because it is not reliable on my machine.
