Peter,

Thanks again.. I'll try some tinkering today. Sometimes I think I enjoy
tinkering with the tools better than I like actually using them. Maybe
I should be a PC tech instead of a programmer. ;->

Oh, and yes (to your other post); I did close and reopen the
perspective, to no avail. I thought that was going to work, as the
author actually mentioned that some folks might need to do that in his
release notes for Quantum 3.0.1.

But I'm happy enough that it all works well in regular WDSC. I've
started using it more than "Lite" lately anyhow, because I've been
mucking about with some XML. Plus, I don't really notice a huge
performance difference between regular and lite. If I look at the task
manager, it looks like regular runs about 15-20 megabytes "heavier" than
lite does in terms of memory consumption, but I don't really feel it
much, even though I've only got 1 gigabyte of memory.

|Maybe you need to tinker with the keyfiles.properties file in
|C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\SDP\6.0\wdsclite.
|
|I vaguely remember having had to set some things to "include" to get
|Quantum 3.0.2 to work.
|
|Then again, it may have been related to Turnover.
|
|Sorry I can't be more specific, it's been a while...

|I think I've got close to the bottom of it now.
|
|I installed the QuantumDB 3.0.2 in WDSC (not lite) and it works fine.
|It is only in the Lite version where I can't see the bookmarks view.
|
|Whether this is a fundamental problem with running Quantum 3.0.2 in
|Lite, or whether something in my configuration of Lite is messed up,
|remains a mystery.
|
|Does anyone out there have Quantum 3.0.2 running flawlessly with WDSC
|Lite ?
