Hi Chris,

There is documentation for all the WDSc functions in the online help. 
Depending on which version you have installed the navigation may be 
different, but for V6 it is under:

Developing iSeries server applications > Editing, Compiling, and debugging 
applications in the Remote System Explorer > Debugging Programs

There are articles and presentations on the RSE (including the integrated 
debugger) here:
