You still can,
      open the Update Manager Perspective, right click on Sites to Visit,
select New -->Site Bookmark and enter the following URL -
www.softlanding.com/free_plugins. Save it and run the Search for updates.

Anyone having trouble downloading the softlanding plug ins?  I can't seem
to be able to download them at all.  And am I mistaken, or were you able
to use WDSc's update manager to download those plugins at one point?
