RE: RPGLE to /Free conversion

In the 5.1.2 version of WDSC, the only time you see the "Convert ot
Free-form" is when the source member has type RPGLE associated with it. I
looked at several source members, with RPG38, RPG and the menu option was
not there. When I selected one with RPGLE, it appeared either on the Source
menu above or when right-clicking anywhere in actual source of the editor
pane.
