WDSc browser unreadable on return from another application -- WDSCI-L

When I am using the WDSc browser, switch to another application and return to 
WDSc the browser view is unreadable.  It looks like the lines have been 
compressed to the top of the page.  Right clicking on the page and selecting 
refresh will return it to it's original state.

The same thing happens with WDSc help but refresh doesn't totally restore the 
display.  I lose the to portion of the window.  If the help is minimized and 
restored it displays fine.
