RE: WDSCi 5.1.2 and V4R5

Dave,

I know there have been many PTFs issued for OS400 to support each new
version of WDSCi.  I seriously doubt that all those were PTFd back to V4R5.
I would think it unlikely that you will be able to fully utilize WDSCi at
that release.

Bit the bullet, got this Websphere Development Studio Client for 
iSeries, Version 5.1.2,  upgrade to my WDTS 5.1 and installed it.  Code 
works fine (get, save, compile etc.).  But the Development Studio Client 
for iSeries 5.1.2 ("C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere Studio\Site 
Developer\v5.1.2\wdsc.exe" -feature com.ibm.wdsclient)  bombs with 
RSEG1003U.   The  sales guy said it works with 4.5 but the PMR guys are 
not sure and looking into it.  So has anybody used this with V4R5? No I 
am not moving to V5R1 or V5R2.  We love our green screen OfficeVision :-)
