It looks like the crtl+enter combination just isn't going to work. You could
try a different combination of keys (e.g., alt+s) if you really don't need
it that often.

I don't normally need to split a line.  it would be helpful if I can use
ctrl+enter.  One thing I notice is that when I open up a member, at the
bottom it say "Ctrl+enter is not a vaild action key".

I tried to do a 'ctrl+enter' to define the splitLine and broke my enter key
altogether (press Enter and nothing happened). I had to change it back to
just 'enter' and restart WDSCi to get my splitline back.

Try making the splitLine to just 'enter' instead of 'ctrl+enter' and then
restart WDSCi.
