I haven't looked as the PSDS in a while, so I do not know.  There was a 
time that the only user in the PSDS was the user portion of the job.  I 
think you could access it with a special value like *USER as well, as 
opposed to specifying the positions.  I seem to recall it was in the 200's 
though.
