JVM terminated error code=1

I am receiving an eclipse error when I try to run Development Studio
Client for iSeries.  This is happening immediately after the install.  I
cannot even load the software updates because I cannot initialize my
workspace.  The following is the list of eclipse errors that I receive
when I try and start;

I can get into all of the Code400 applications, but obviously cannot use
Development Studio for iSeries.  Does anyone now what needs to be done
to fix this issue?
