The typical answer when the workspace gets trashed is to try to get rid
of the .metadata folder and let WDSC rebuild it.  In your case, this
folder is located in \My Documents\IBM\wdsc\workspace.  Open up that
folder and you should see a folder called .metadata.  Rename it to
"junk" and try again.

If this doesn't help, I highly recommend the Virtual Innovation Center.
Go to www.virtualinnovationcenter.com and register there.  Then go into
the tab for iSeries/i5 support and there is a tab for Live Support.
This will give you access to a live online support center that has been
able to help lots of people with WDSC and other related problems.
