If it's financial Invoices only that you require than the SLPI0 & SLPI1
route is very simply however if you need an SOP like Sundry Invoice I think
you're out of luck.

You'll need a means to populate the OEP65/OEP70 and other associated files.

Take a look at the Sundry Invoice/Credit programs for a base to populate the
Output Files.

Once the above is in place the standard OE345CLP will post your Invoices to
A/R via OE140CLP and produce the physical hard copy via OE345.
