Dear Helen,

If I picture your company correctly I think that you may be looking to
create or update orders for these customers, I assume that you have a
delivery schedule or order to advise your drivers that the customers want
the fuel to be delivered?

There is no Standard JBA process but you may wish to consider populating the
orders by a process similar to the EDI order processes and feed the system
from the order, an automatically confirm pick/advise despatch could be
created to then allow standard product to create the invoice and post to the
ledgers. If you have an order already for the customer create a process to
update the quantity picked in a confirm pick/advise despatch process and
again allow the standard product to carry on. This would then retain your
enquiry integrity as the AR would find SOP Invoices and the Order/ invoice
history relationship would remain.

Hope this Helps
Best regards
Colin
