As Buck has responded in a more recent followup, the INZ is on the /wrong/ DS. The PAIRS DS is effectively just a TEMPLATE. Defined as such, or as BASED(), no INZ would be supported; hopefully making the desirability for the INZ on the PARMSIN DS more conspicuous. The INZ on the PHONE# would of course be redundant, given the INZ is added to the encompassing DS.
