The DSPPGMREF apparently shows the compile library all the time with any
*FILE object types, but in our case it's still using *LIBL to find the
objects. From one of our clients box:

Object . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : DE001FM Library . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : MSIBETOBJS
Object type . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : *FILE File name in program . . . . . . . . . . : DE001FM File usage . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : Input Output
Object . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : IPHC Library . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : MSIBETDFMT
Object type . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : *FILE File name in program . . . . . . . . . . : IPHC File usage . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : Input Update WRKLIB MSI* gives you:
Work with Libraries Type options, press Enter. 1=Create 2=Change 3=Copy 4=Delete 5=Display 6=Print 8=Display library description 9=Save 10=Restore 11=Save changed objects 12=Work with objects 14=Clear
ASP Opt Library Attribute Device Text (Cannot find object to match specified name.)
And the object is being used:
Change/Usage information: Change date/time . . . . . . . . . . : 01/02/12 20:15:14
Usage data collected . . . . . . . . : YES Last used date . . . . . . . . . . . : 01/12/12 Days used count . . . . . . . . . . : 9

Only it's not only using the qualified name to do a DSPPGMREF on the program, but also to open the DSPF at run time.

On the V6 box, where I just recompiled the program using the V6 compiler, I renamed the library where I put the program, and even though the library is in my library list (and a DSPLIBL showed it there with the new name), the program crashes on takeoff, trying to find its DSPF in a nonexistent library. And as soon as I renamed the library back, the program went back to working properly.
