When you build HTTPAPI, the INSTALL program will prompt you, "At runtime, use *LIBL to find HTTPAPI?" and you can answer Y or N.

Sounds like you picked N.

But, finding a *SRVPGM is significantly different from finding a display file -- why did you tell us that it was having trouble finding a display file??
