I think the dtaara name has to be in upper case to match. Try qualifying
the dtaara keyword as follows:

dtaara('FSHDTE')

I did not realize this was available. I tried it, but it is still not
recognized as a data area. It did get rid of the error in RSE, but still
does not compile.
