D MyProgram Pr
D 5p 0
Const
D 5a

D MyProgram Pi
D InputNumber 5p 0 Const
D OutputChar 5a

if the above is coded in a Main Procedure AND
separate CRTRPGMOD + CRTPGM commands are used, the above
works equally well for the definition of Program entry parameters.
The absence of the EXTPGM keyword avoids any confusion.

Thanks for the reminder : I remember that I'd got into the habit of coding

D MAIN PR EXTPGM ( 'MYPGMNAME' )

For the reason that we often have workfiles that have the same name as the program ( rule left over from RPGIII days ).
If you take off EXTPGM you have to name the main procedure MYPGMNAME. This is not possible if a file is declared in the F specs with the same name.
