Do you have RPG xTools? 
If so, do this:

      GetCallerInfo('*PGM' : myCaller);

Otherwise you have at least two options.
1) Use the Retrieve Callstack Entries API.
2) Send/Receive a message to *PRV and check out the QMHRPGMN01 subfield of the
QMHRS structure.
