That means you have a 100-year window. But, since you are a hospital, I
imagine you have your share of centenarian patients. 

Maybe flag it as "Needs Verification" or something? The next time somebody
uses the record, they can do a little research to find out what century they
were born in, remove the flag, and update the record?
