Re: AW: embedded sql session error in subfile

Ok, I think I have the SQL working propertly, the code runs line by line 
through the writing of the records for the subfile ok as well, however, when 
I exfmt specctl to actually write the subfile to the screen I am getting the 
following error:

Cannot read record  from file SPECGAS at device QPADEV0003

I checked the variables each step of the way and everything seems to be 
fine, I am reusing some code from another subfile program just with 
different variable names, which all match....so I would think it should 
work....but alas what I think and what it thinks are obviously two different 
things.
