That's exactly what is happening. "creeping part of a line each label"
And the label sheet has a 1/2 inch section at the top and bottom for
avery template information ,website and form number. After that there
are 3 columns and 10 rows of labels stacked on top each other, with no
spaces.

I assume that the problem is that the lables are not in increments of
exactly 1/6" or 1/8" apart. 

Are they creeping up a full line each label or just part of a line each
label?

Does anybody know if there's a way to space down one-half or one-quarter
of a line?  Something like that would probably help out.
