I thought at one point in time I had come across a display program that did
this.  What I am looking for is a way to have a window pop up when a user
moves or places the cursor into a certain field.  Can this be done?
What we are trying to do is pop up a window with a specific field formatted
1 of 3 different ways depending on an other fields value.
