Hans,

I agree, with your view of seasonable users. However you are still missing
the point! What about the new users, whether they be seasoned or not? I
beg your pardon, but words of advice go for naught if they are not delivered
properly, especially in email format. And If we are replying to someone's
question, we are hopefully, with full intentions, wanting to help and
uplift the person asking for help, not turning them away for what may seem
like a simple request, or even one that needs a broader explanation. A
simple question that user may have had, however, he may know TONS of things
that others don't. And if that user is turned away, then we all may miss
what they had to offer!

Regards,

Tracy

Tracy: Those of use who've been reading on-line discussions for
years and years have learned not to take on-line discussions too
seriously or too personally. It's best to concentrate on the
technical content of the discussion and not the style.

Cheers! Hans
