IBM Expedite for AS/400

Hello all,

Is anyone familiar with IBM's Expedite application?  I need to transmit data
to a state department's mailbox on the IBM Information Exchange network.
They suggest using Expedite for this process.  I downloaded the files from
IBM's website, FTP'ed them to the AS/400, and restored the libraries
(downloaded files).  Since there were no instructions for setup, beyond the
forementioned steps, I took a guess and ran what I think is the driver CL.
It kicked out with an error saying, "no profile found."  Can I set up a
dummy profile or do I need to set up an account with Information Exchange
before I can take a test drive?  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
