Um - Why?

Cobol 400 is neat because PIX statements are brought in from external 
files, so TONS of coding saved.  There is a special way of coding that to 
pick up the external definition.  One thing, I've not touched this in about 
10 years - you'll have to play with it, if you have a Cobol compiler.
