RE: Cursor location.

I think that it would be wrong for me to read the book for you.  Check this
manual:

Application Display Programming; Version 4; Document Number SC41-5715-00

Look in appendix 1.3.2.  If you don't have the manuals, get them, then read
them.  This location hasn't changed since the mid-1980s.
