× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

The simple answer for a ridiculous business request.

Run the program twice.   First time produce no output,  Just keep track of
how may "There would have been"
Then call the program again (with it knowing the result of the first pass)
and you have it.

It would be poetic justice if it were a million records and 20,000 lines of
print.
