We have a calendar of days with a flag for working or non-working days by
DEPARTMENT. What a pain in the as*.
We:

EndDate subdur StrDate = Days
Eval Days = Days + 1
Eval TestDate = StrDate

KCal Klist
      Kfld DateType
      Kfld TestDate

KCalP Klist
      Kfld DateType

KCal SetLL NonWrkDate
KCalP Reade NonWrkDate

DoW   TestDate <= EndDate
Eval Days = Days - 1
KCalP Reade NonWrkDate
EndDo

NonWrkDate is a record format that only includes non-working days. Date type
is really the calendar type or usage because we maintain different
non-working days for different departments and functions. Our biggest
problem is who maintains the various calendars? It always seems to not get
updated correctly or on time. GIGO ;-)
