Another choice might be to change the type of member from RPG36 to RPG and 
then retry compiling it?  You shouldn't need to do anything other than 
just typing the change of the member type from "RPG36" to "RPG".

We're trying to compile a S36 rpg program on a v4r4 box.  The CRTS36RPG
command exists, but upon executing it an error comes up complaining about
missing library QSSP.

Message . . . . :   Cannot resolve to object QSSP. Type and Subtype 
X'0401'
  Authority X'0000'.

0401 means 'library', so I assume it's looking for library QSSP on my
machine, which doesn't exist.

Any thoughts?  Is QSSP an optional component?
