2) 2 days is more than it takes - I first taught myself enough to get by on in 2
hours.  This BP believes in educating its staff (they send between 2 and 4
people to _each_ US COMMON conference) and wanted to get everyone on the same
page as fast as possible.  They believe the investment is worthwhile.


As to your other comment - how many times have you reported your problems to IBM
?  I find them very helpful and the Code team work hard to get customers running
when they experience problems.  The old SNA only versions were a problem when
you ran any router but IBMs but I haven't had any oinstall problems with the
last two versions with TCP/IP.
