Well,

ARCOMP seems to be the company, the highest Lx here, that looks OK.

Then comes the customer and then the invoice number.

L1 for the year is false; you should use L4 ... L7.

Every time the invoice number changes the year changes too, as L2 sets L1 
on, too....
