This is a Microsoft keyboard but I'll see what I can find.
What weird in Outlook is in a new email the Font, Font Size, Message
format are all not available. They show but you can't do anything.
I'm running some malware scans so I'll see what that finds.

In Outlook I'm not sure. Try setting the message to Plain Text then

Rich Text or HTML. Maybe that'll toggle something.
