I heard from Bryan at Linksys today. They have received this same
complaint from some other WAPPOE12 users. The serial numbers are all
within a few hundred units and have the same problems. He is rounding
up some (at least a thousand units off by S/N) that he will test to
make sure one works and then send it to me. He then wants me to send
the one I got from CDW back to him.

He believes someone in their manufacturing has some explaining to do.
