This is hitting QSYSOPR.

Strange thing is I definitely have other XP users having NO problem with
this. I have emailed this person to double check that the firewall is not
selected in XP so maybe that is it ?

What command or log are you seeing this in?


Several if the IP clients I use have an option (never a default) to send
keepalive packets.
That message above tells me that a keepalive packet was not received in x
time.
If I read it right.
