Wasn't the C04 when IBM gave a big bunch of RAM free for those underpowered C04's?

Alan

No, but I've tried doing programming on a 4MB, 2 x 340MB B10.

My RTVCMDSRC still has "#ifdef PC" and "#ifdef AS400" in the source
because the B10 was so slow, I did all the development and testing on a
486-66 PC, which was about 5,000,000 times faster.

Side notes: Our test lab had a lot of different machines. Ever IPL a C04 with 4MB RAM & 2 340MB disks? I think I'm still waiting for it to come up.
