I happen to like Access.  It is good for small, quick things.  Maybe not
secure and not good for very large databases (just a guess), but you can get
things up and running in it fairly quickly. 

Just my 2 cents.

OK, I'm not sure how Diebold's *Stupid* selection of Access as the backend
database for their voting machines is Microsoft's fault. 

I'm probably one of the most pro-MS people on these lists and in my opinion
Access is good for only one thing... (hmm, no it's not good the that, maybe
it's)... (no not that either, perhaps)... OK, Access is NOT GOOD FOR
ANYTHING!
