I know of what you speak. You're saying that a CHGPF, specifying a source
file so as to add new columns, may reorder the rows. A technique that's
been out for decades yet some still do not know of it.
Is this potential reordering of rows due to this:
1 - An assumption
2 - Documented somewhere
3 - Something you experienced?
