Reply with the level you are trying to get to. The first place I would
look is whether you have to put a patch on your current level first. This
would be spelled out in the upgrade instructions for the target release.
Failing that scenario, then I would reread the install instructions
carefully.
It's been awhile since I upgraded from 9 to 10.
Since you have vHMC make sure you take a snapshot first.
