Yes, you can print AFPDS to dot matrix...

However, I don't think you'll be successful with an Epson printer and a
TPLink Print Server.

IIRC, I've done so with *IPDS capable PrintTek printers.

Also I think I once did so with a Lexmark print server over the *LEXLINK
protocol...
