Yep. I believe IPL is the way out.

Not sure why that happens periodically unless the remote server somehow got rebooted without unmounting.

I have tried those commands.
I think the last time this happened to me many years ago I had to IPL the
system.
I think that is were I am at now.

refused to unmount and claimed busy, it was usually hung.
You may have to bounce the NFS Server
